Cattewater Harbour Commissioners are the navigation and conservancy authority for the Cattewater Harbour, as well as the Civil Pilotage Authority for the Port of Plymouth. The Cattewater, a Trust Port, is home to deep-water commercial wharves, the South-West’s largest petroleum depots, and various marine leisure facilities.
Candidates will be required to have input to Port Policy and Strategic Planning and be comfortable liaising with stakeholders ranging from MPs to Local Government to residents and Harbour users.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate expertise in at least one of these areas: Management, Financial, Business Strategy, Governance, Environment & Sustainability, Stakeholder Engagement, Leisure, Fishing, Health & Safety, Estate Management and Property Development.
