This privacy policy sets out how the Cattewater Harbour Commissioners the Statutory and
Competent Harbour Authority for the Port of Plymouth (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and
protects personal data about you.

When we collect and use your personal data we will usually be subject to the UK General
Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), however in certain limited circumstances, where we
may be processing your personal data for criminal law enforcement purposes, we will
instead be subject to the rules for law enforcement processing set out in the Data Protection
Act 2018.
