Watercraft Registration

Prior to registering, please ensure you have read and understood the PWC code of conduct and other local legislation. The scheme is administered by Cattewater Harbour Commissioners on behalf of the Harbour Authorities Liaison Committee.

To register please complete the form below, and after registering you will be sent via post an ID sticker which must be clearly displayed on your craft. Please ensure all your details are accurate.

I, the above-named Licensee undertake to comply with all the Rules and Regulations as set out in the Dockyard Port of Plymouth Order and other port legislation. Any breaches of this legislation or any inappropriate behaviour afloat or ashore during the launch or recovery phase could leave you liable to prosecution. 

Your application will be reviewed and if successful documents will be sent to the address provided. Your registration plaque must be displayed clearly on your vessel for inspection by harbour authority staff and other enforcement authorities.

We may disclose and exchange information with law enforcement agencies, government departments and regulatory bodies, such as the Ministry of Defence and the Police, in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
