We will continue to enable our staff to volunteer for RNLI, run our Apprenticeship programmes and encourage technology roles such as those for shore power and autonomous vessels

Inclusivity

We are exploring the Inclusive Transport Leaders Scheme and accessible facilities such as Changing Spaces toilets and new developments

We support a range of activities, both financially and in-kind. Most recently these include:

  • Devon Mind Harbour Run – headline sponsor in 2023 and again in 2025
  • Tugboats and Dolphins charity events – enabling a safe designated space within the harbour for a charity swim and Commercial Wharf for entertainment
  • Plymouth Access to Housing (PATH) pledge to support their 2025 winter appeal
  • Sponsoring a Family Kitchen through Promoting Children in Plymouth
  • Sponsoring last year’s Plymouth Waterfront Partnership’s Barbican Christmas Lights Switch On
