Local residents who wish to lay and maintain their own moorings for their vessel are still required to pay for a mooring licence and harbour dues. Mooring equipment must meet minimum requirements before being granted a license, and gear must be inspected annually. Inspections may be conducted on all moorings within the harbour to ensure suitability. Moorings found not to be suitable may be removed to ensure the safety of other harbour users.
We can assist in your mooring maintenance using our Work Barge and experienced crews. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
