Cattewater Harbour Commissioners and M Subs Ltd are delighted to announce a new joint venture partnership following the purchase of 58 Duke’s Cottage at Turnquay.

Ideally situated on the edge of the River Plym, this recent acquisition, will, subject to future planning permissions, provide both parties with unrivalled waterfront access and create a collaborative hub of which the local community including small marine and maritime businesses will be able to benefit from; enabling the Port to further increase its marine offering to its stakeholders.
